This service is provided by Yuandian Software Co., Ltd. (Sichuan). By installing and using VoxPen, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
VoxPen(中文名"语笔")是一款跨端语音输入工具,通过云端语音识别 + AI 润色将你的语音实时转换为文字,并自动注入到你当前使用的 App。支持的端包括:
当前 VoxPen 处于 Beta 公测阶段。
VoxPen ("语笔") is a cross-platform voice input tool, transcribing speech to polished text via cloud ASR + AI and auto-injecting into the active app. Supported platforms: iOS (app + keyboard extension), macOS (menu bar app + global hotkey), Windows (tray + global hotkey). Currently in Beta.
我们授予你非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可,用于在你拥有或控制的设备上个人使用本 App。你不得对 App 进行反编译、逆向工程或试图获取源代码。
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use on devices you own or control. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code.
VoxPen 支持以下登录方式:
使用 VoxPen 必须登录,未登录时无法启动语音输入服务。账户用于语音输入鉴权、跨端热词云同步、付费订阅(未来)、客服支持等。详细的账户数据收集说明见隐私政策。
你须对账户安全负责。如发现账户被未经授权使用,请立即邮件联系我们。
Sign-in is required to use VoxPen — voice input is unavailable without an account. Login methods: Email OTP (10-min code), Sign in with Apple (iOS/macOS). Accounts also enable cross-device hotword sync, future paid features, and customer support. You are responsible for account security.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, not upload illegal/abusive content, not perform malicious requests or stress tests, not impersonate or compromise others' accounts.
During Beta, service may be unstable. We do not guarantee continuous availability; interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party fluctuations. Major maintenance will be announced at voxpen.cn.
语音转写依赖第三方语音识别(阿里云百炼)和大语言模型润色,准确率不保证 100%。我们持续优化但重要内容请人工核对。
VoxPen 按"现状"提供,不附带任何明示或暗示保证。我们对因使用或无法使用本 App 而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊、惩戒性或后果性损害不承担责任。
Speech-to-text relies on Alibaba Cloud Bailian ASR + LLM polish; we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Please manually verify important content. VoxPen is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use or inability to use the app.
VoxPen 的代码、设计、商标("语笔"、"VoxPen"、相关 logo)、文档归我们所有。你通过 App 转写产生的文字内容归你所有。
The code, design, trademarks ("语笔", "VoxPen", logos), and documentation of VoxPen are owned by us. The transcribed text content you produce belongs to you.
关于数据收集、存储、第三方服务、用户权利的完整说明,见隐私政策。本服务条款与隐私政策共同构成你与我们之间的协议。
See Privacy Policy for complete data handling terms. These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the agreement between you and us.
你可随时通过卸载 App、删除账户(App 内"设置 → 账户 → 删除账户")或邮件联系我们终止本协议。我们保留因违反本条款而终止你使用本服务的权利。
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling, deleting your account in-app, or emailing us. We reserve the right to terminate your use for breach of these terms.
我们可能修改本协议,重大修改会在本页面更新"最后更新"日期,并在主页 voxpen.cn 提示。继续使用 App 即表示接受修改后的条款。
We may modify these terms. Material changes will update the "Last Updated" date and be announced at voxpen.cn. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如发生争议,双方应首先通过友好协商解决;协商不成的,提交我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction at our place of business.
